Whether it's why you should love your boobs or why you should not cut your own bangs, MTV's "Girl Code" delivers fresh insight about all-too-familiar topics, and is sure to sometimes have its female viewers fervently nodding their heads while mouthing to the television screen, "Yessss, exactllllly!!!" Oprah calls that kind of catharsis an "aha! moment," which sounds like a positive thing, so we're highlighting a different part of the show each week that made us feel like maybe, just maybe, we're not the loner freaks we originally assumed. Take a look at the latest below.

"If it makes you feel uncomfortable, then do something about it. And if not, then welcome to the big girls' club!" - Alesha Renee

We're pretty sure the battle of women vs. weight dates farther back than the actual invention of the scale (2400-1800 B.C.E. in case you were wondering), but thanks to tag-happy friends on social media WHO REALLY NEED A LESSON IN USING FLATTERING CAMERA ANGLES, our preoccupation with perceived double chins and tricep fat has only gotten worse. Good luck finding at least one chick out there -- gorgeous "Girl Code cast included -- that hasn't felt the pressure to drop a few. But what these self-assured women have realized, and want women EVERYWHERE to know, is that gaining five lbs or going up a dress size is really not that big of a deal in the grand scheme of things. Roof over your head? Ability to feed yourself? Yeah, be glad your tight jeans are your biggest worry.

In this video clip from last night's episode, the "Girl Coders" take a turn for the serious when the subject of weight comes up, and make a pointed effort to decry the many media messages that being overweight is THE WORST THING EVERRRRR. "For you, healthy might look different than for somebody else," Quinn Marcus says. "And don't compare yourself!"

Charlamagne Tha God also chimes in to drop a dose of male truth, insisting that guys don't even notice a girl's weight unless it affects her confidence. "If you give off the right energy you will attract the right man, no matter your size," he says. "That's why Nicole Byer is out here bangin' all these white dudes!"

And speaking of NB, the group's most vocal big girl has a few choice words on the topic: "The world's really sh**ty! If [gaining weight] is the sh**ty thing that's happening to you, you're living a good life. 'GIRL CODE,' MOTHER F**KERS." *drops mic, heads to fridge for celebratory snack*
